Approach and anchoring

Approached from Lake Superior with a marked entrance leading to floating docks. Approach depth around 12 ft, dockside depth around 9 ft. A working iron ore loading dock sits next to the marina, so watch for freighter movements.

Practical

38 seasonal berths and 10 transient berths. Shore power at 20 and 50 amp, fresh water, petrol, diesel and a pump-out. Showers, heads, laundry, ice and a chandlery on site. Open early May to early November.

Ashore

Presque Isle Park adjoins the marina, a 323-acre wooded headland with shoreline trails and a perimeter drive. Marquette town centre lies about 2.5 miles south for full provisions.
