Approach and anchoring
Approach from the south-west, leaving Cap Bénat and its lighthouse to starboard. Entrance faces west, narrow and exposed to the mistral when it sets in from the west. Maximum draught 2 m at the inner pontoons. Contact the harbour master before arrival, as berths are reserved for members and waiting-list holders.
Practical
Private marina run by the Association Syndicale du Port du Cap Bénat. Water and electricity on pontoons. No fuel berth inside the basin. Bormes-les-Mimosas village 1.8 M north and Le Lavandou 2.7 M north for provisioning and diesel.
Ashore
Coastal path of Cap Bénat on the eastern side of the cape, leading to Cap de Brégançon and its presidential fort 2 km south. Domaines viticoles of the Côtes de Provence La Londe appellation inland from Bormes. Beach of Cabasson 1,5 km south of the port by foot path.
