Small lake port on Lac de Vouglans, Jura, near Pont-de-Poitte. The lake is a 35 km hydro-electric reservoir on the river Ain.

Approach and anchoring
Inland lake with no tidal constraint. Water level can vary by several metres through the season due to hydro-electric management by EDF. Beware of submerged tree trunks and rocks near the shoreline when levels are low.
Practical
Pontoon berths for local craft and visitors passing on the lake. Port du Meix lies 3.7 NM to the south and Port de la Mercantine 7 NM to the south, both offering additional services on the same lake.
Ashore
The Pertes de l'Ain waterfalls and the Belvédère du Regardoir viewpoint over the lake are within a few kilometres by road from Pont-de-Poitte. The village itself has basic shops and the medieval Château de Présilly 6 km to the west.
