Guide
Approach and anchoring
Enter through the Port Canaveral channel, 400 feet wide and 44 feet deep, used by cruise ships and cargo vessels. Watch for commercial traffic and call the harbour master before crossing. The yacht club is on the north side of the basin. VHF 73. Depths of 10 feet at the berths, draught up to 4 metres.
Practical
Around 50 floating berths renewed in 2024, with two transient berths. Largest vessel 60 feet LOA. Office on 321-784-2292, dockmaster on 321-482-0167. Ocean Club at Port Canaveral lies alongside and Scorpion Marine is 0.1 NM west.
Ashore
Jetty Park beach and pier are 1 mile east of the club, with sand beach and the Port Canaveral inlet jetty. Kennedy Space Center visitor complex is 12 miles north by road, and Cocoa Beach is 4 miles south.
