Full-service marina in the heart of Wickford Cove, North Kingstown, on the west shore of Narragansett Bay. Slips and moorings for visitors.
Guide
Approach and anchoring
Wickford Cove opens off Wickford Harbour, roughly 17 miles south of Providence. The approach channel carries 10 to 17 metres in places and holds about 7 feet up to the village bridge, so most visiting yachts reach the wharf without tidal constraint.
Practical
Slips and moorings let, fuel available on site, plus engine and electrical repairs, mooring service and boat transport. Wickford village shops are a short walk from the docks.
Ashore
Wickford village is a few minutes on foot, with the largest concentration of owner-occupied colonial and Federal-period houses in the United States. Brown Street and Main Street hold the original 18th-century dwellings.
