Approach and anchoring
Reached from Fishers Island Sound up the buoyed Mystic River channel, with the yard on the east bank just inside the river mouth. Approach and dockside depths run around 12 to 14ft. Monitors VHF channel 09.
Practical
About 158 berths on floating docks for vessels up to 130ft, with 3 transient slips. Fuel berth with diesel and petrol open daily 8am to 8pm. Fresh water, 30 and 50 amp shore power, heads with showers, laundry, pump-out and WiFi. The yard runs a 70-ton lift with in-house technicians, a chandlery and a restaurant.
Ashore
Noank village shops and seafood spots are within walking distance. Mystic Seaport Museum is about 3km up the river, and downtown Mystic with the Mystic Aquarium lies a short drive north.
History
Boatbuilding on this site dates to the 19th century. The marina sat under the Holstein family from 1980 until its sale in 2022 to Epum Holdings.
