Approach and anchoring
Approach from the Pacific through the Newport jetties, lit at both ends. Once inside the harbour, follow the main fairway north-west towards Lido Isle and turn into the Lido Park basin. Speed limit 5 knots throughout Newport Harbor.
Practical
14 berths for vessels up to 56 feet plus 25 side-tie spaces for Duffy electric boats and tenders up to 22 feet. Decking, pedestals, water taps and cleats renewed in recent years. Monthly tenancies only; not a transient harbour. Fuel berth at Basin Marine on Coast Highway, 0.4 nm to the east.
