Approach and anchoring
In the Back Bay, reached by passing under the Pacific Coast Highway bridge then heading north-east. Air draught under PCH rules out most masted boats. A six-lane public launch ramp sits next to the marina.

About 450 berths from 20 to 46 ft including wide end-ties. Concrete pontoons, 30 and 50 A shore power, Wi-Fi, fuel berth on site, heads, showers, pump-out, 24-hour security and key-fob access. Resort facilities on site: pool, café, water-sport rentals, Duffy electric boats.
Ashore
Back Bay Loop walking and cycling trail starts at the resort and circles the Upper Newport Bay nature reserve, about 10 miles. Balboa Island and the Fun Zone are reachable by water taxi or by car within 10 minutes.
