Approach and anchoring

Inside Newport Harbor, no tidal lock. The Pacific Coast Highway bridge limits air draught upstream of the marina, so tall rigs heading further into the upper bay should plan accordingly. Harbor entrance between two jetties, flashing green west and flashing red east.

Practical

Berths for boats from 20 to 120 ft. Shore power 30, 50 and 100 A, heads with hot showers, pump-out, 24-hour gated access and emergency cover. No fuel berth on site. Restaurants and shops on Coast Highway within walking distance.
