Approach and anchoring
River reach between locks of Evry and Coudray-Montceaux. Navigable channel marked on the right bank. Watch for commercial barges and wash from passing peniches. No tidal constraint, but keep clear of the channel centreline when picking up a buoy.
Practical
Mooring on buoys managed by the ASSFV club 0.2 NM to the west. Seine-Port and Corbeil town quays within reach. Next river harbour at Boissise-le-Roi, 2.4 NM south. Seabed is mixed sand, mud, rock and weed, so retrieve carefully.
Ashore
Bois de Saint-Eutrope forest paths on the right bank. SNCF station at Le Coudray-Montceaux on the Paris-Melun line around 2 km. Shops in Morsang-sur-Seine village.
