Approach and anchoring
Reached from the lower Tampa Bay shoreline through the creek entrance, which is sheltered on three sides by natural and man-made barriers that cut in-harbour wave action. The fuel berth opens 0800 to 1630 daily.
Practical
143 wet berths take boats up to 60 feet, with a 327-space hurricane-rated dry-stack building for craft up to 45 feet. There is a fuel berth, restrooms and showers, and a service department. The harbour master can be reached on 727 867 2600.
Ashore
Maximo Park sits about 1 km north along the bay shore, with a boat ramp and shaded picnic ground. Provisions and a supermarket are within roughly 1.5 km on 34th Street South.
