Approach and anchoring
Enter Chadwick Bay between the breakwaters of Dunkirk Harbor. The marina lies on the east side of the bay, behind the city pier. Approach is straightforward in settled weather; the harbour breakwaters give shelter from the prevailing south-west fetch on Lake Erie.
Practical

Ashore
Dunkirk lighthouse and Veterans Park sit 1 km west on Point Gratiot. Downtown Dunkirk shops and restaurants are within 1 km of the marina entrance.
