Approach and anchoring
Turn off the ICW just south of the Memorial Bridge and feel in towards the eastern shore, where the river carries 9 to 13 feet about 100 feet off the bank. Bottom is mud. Protection is broad, from NW through N and E round to SW, leaving only the southern sector open.
Practical
Halifax Harbor Marina lies 0.6 nm to the NW, a 60-acre municipal marina with floating docks, fuel and full facilities. Daytona Marina and Boat Works is 0.4 nm to the NW with a boatyard and haul-out.
