Approach and anchoring
Lies on the Halifax River about half a mile south of the Orange Avenue Bridge, between ICW markers 39A and 40. The basin is open year round and gives shelter behind the city waterfront.
Practical
Over 100 berths take vessels up to 200 feet, with annual, seasonal, monthly and transient dockage. Diesel and ethanol-free petrol are sold around the clock, with staff and security on site 24 hours. A 55-ton travel lift handles haul-outs, supported by in-house mechanics, painters and divers.
Ashore
The Chart House restaurant sits on the marina grounds. Downtown Daytona Beach with shops and dining is within a short walk along Beach Street.
History
A boatyard has operated on this site since 1903, making it one of the oldest working yards on Florida's east coast.
