Approach and anchoring

Enter from Biscayne Bay through the West Channel of the Intracoastal Waterway, then turn into the residential basin on the north shore of the island at 7601 East Treasure Drive. Approach and dockside depth around 8 ft at low water. The bascule bridges on the JFK Causeway open on request on VHF 9.

Practical

118 fixed berths for boats up to 60 ft, monthly rates from around 14 USD per foot. Shore power, water, heads, pool and gym shared with the condominium. No fuel berth on site; the nearest fuel is at Pelican Harbor Marina, 1.3 NM west across the bay. Office open Monday to Saturday.
