Enter from the ICW through a narrow channel that carries no less than 8 feet at low water. Inside, the lake is deep, with soundings up to 25 feet over sand and mud. Holding is good once the anchor is set.
Practical
Protection on all sides from the surrounding buildings. Shore access is limited: a tender can be landed under the bridge, with a walk up to the street from there. City Marina lies 0.3 nm north.
