Approach and anchoring
Bodkin Creek lies on the south side of the mouth of the Patapsco River. The entrance channel is narrow with shifting shoals carrying around 6 to 7 ft; once inside, the branches hold 7 to 9 ft almost to their heads.
Practical
Seasonal and transient berths. A self-service launch ramp works on a pay-box system. Founded in 1995, the marina is at 7831 Southwest Road.
