Lies just off the Intracoastal Waterway where the Pungo River meets the entrance to the Alligator-Pungo River Canal. Mud bottom. Sheltered from all directions except a narrow southern sector, making it well protected for an open river anchorage. Enter the marked creek channel from Pungo River green daymark 15.
