Approach and anchoring
Enter by the Perros-Guirec channel from the north, keeping the buoyage to hand past Pointe du Château. The zone lies south of the town seafront close to the old customs post that gave the site its name. Shelter from E through S to NW; exposed only to the NE. VHF 9.
Practical
Perros-Guirec marina 0.2 NM north offers water, diesel, showers and a capitainerie open year round. All town shops and supermarket within 500 m. Ploumanac'h harbour 2.5 NM NW for alternative shelter.
Ashore
Thalassotherapy centre and Trestraou beach at 700 m. GR 34 sentier des Douaniers leads west to Ploumanac'h and the Sept-Îles archipelago viewpoint, a LPO bird reserve home to the largest gannet colony in France on Île Rouzic.
