Approach and anchoring
Reached via the Mayenne river, a canalised waterway with manned locks from Mayenne down to the confluence with the Maine at Angers. Slow transit speed, headroom limited by fixed bridges upstream. Bollards along the village quay.
Practical
Free quay at the village with a few rings. No electricity or water on the quay itself. Bakery, small grocery and restaurant in the village within 300 m. Fuel only available from the road station in the village.
Ashore
The Chemin de halage along the Mayenne is a marked cycling and walking route. Château de Magnanne, a 17th century manor, stands 1.5 km south of the village. Swimming area and beach on the river at the village slipway.
