Approach and anchoring
Launching from the beach at high water. No sheltered harbour. Exposed to winds from W and NW. VHF 9. Étaples up the Canche estuary lies 3.1 NM NE.
Practical
Club de plage operated by the Club nautique Stellien. Dinghy and catamaran storage on the sand. No permanent berthing, no fuel, no water at the launching site. Shops in the resort behind the dunes.
Ashore
Sand beach directly in front of the club. Dune footpath along the Côte d'Opale towards Merlimont 1.1 NM S and Le Touquet to the north. Small resort centre of Stella-Plage within 300 m for groceries and bakery.
