Approach and anchoring
Freshwater plan d'eau with no tidal constraint. Inboard motors under 10 HP only. Keep clear of the swimming zone at the south beach marked by yellow buoys. Access from the M84 road, 12 km from central Lyon.
Practical
Moorings on buoys and a pontoon reserved for club members and the associated sailing school. Dinghy slipway and masting area. Clubhouse with bar open at weekends and during training sessions. Cercle Yachting Voile Grand Large sits 0.1 NM NE on the same lake.
Ashore
Grand Parc de Miribel-Jonage cycle network loops 25 km around the lakes. Plage du Fontanil 800 metres south is a supervised swimming beach in summer. ViaRhôna long-distance cycle route passes the park's west entrance and runs down to the Mediterranean.
