Approach and anchoring
Reached through the southern reaches of San Diego Bay, a sheltered stretch well away from the downtown traffic. Safe Harbor South Bay lies just 0.3 miles to the south-east.
Practical
More than 550 berths on concrete docks taking vessels up to 200 feet. Fuel berth, pump-out, restrooms, showers and laundry on site. A swimming pool and spa, picnic area with barbecues, and two restaurants, the Galley at the Marina and South Bay Fish and Grill. A boat launch ramp adjoins the marina. Now operated under Safe Harbor Marinas.
