Approach and anchoring
Sand bottom, shelter from SW, W and NW, open to the east and SE. Avoid dropping on posidonia meadows protected within the Natura 2000 zone Corniche Varoise. Cavalaire 3.9 nm west, Port du Pilon 6.3 nm north.
Ashore
Cap Lardier reserve has been managed by the Conservatoire du Littoral since 1977, around 230 hectares joining Cap Taillat and Cap Camarat along the Sentier du littoral. No services on shore, the closest village is La Croix-Valmer 4 km inland from Gigaro beach.
