Approach and anchoring
Entrance oriented NNE, clearly identified by two white daymarks in line on the east bank and a red tower at the end of the west pier. Inner basin dries, outer moorings stay afloat with about 2.1 m at low water springs. Beware of the rocks off Beg Morg on the east side of the entrance.
Practical
Moorings on fore-and-aft lines managed by the commune of Moëlan-sur-Mer. Water at the slipway, no fuel, no electricity. One restaurant on the west quay. Nearest shops at Moëlan-sur-Mer, 5 km inland.
Ashore
GR 34 coastal path along both banks, linking Brigneau to Merrien 1 NM east and to the Bélon river 2.2 NM northwest on foot. Ruins of the old Brigneau sardine cannery on the west quay. Belon oyster beds reachable by dinghy or on foot via the path.
