Approach and anchoring
Reached up the Barrington River from the Providence River. The club stands on Tyler Point opposite the old American Tourister factory. Call the launch on VHF 68. Approach and dockside depth around 7.5 feet at low water.
Practical
Fixed docks and bulkhead berths take vessels up to 43 feet, with mooring buoys for larger boats. Fuel berth with petrol and diesel. Transient moorings depend on availability and reciprocity with affiliated clubs.
History
The club was incorporated on 25 March 1908 and is one of the older sailing clubs on Narragansett Bay.
