Approach and anchoring
Open approach from the south. Mixed bottom of sand, weed and rock, so drop on a clear sand patch and dive the anchor if possible. Protected from winds from N to E, exposed to the mistral and south-easterly swell.
Practical
No services on site. La Madrague - Saint Cyr lies 1 NM to the north for water, fuel and berths, and Port Athena is 1.8 NM to the south-east.
Ashore
Beaches of Les Lecques and La Madrague are within walking distance from the small harbour ashore. Roman villa and Musée de Tauroentum sit on the headland above La Madrague, with remains of a Gallo-Roman seaside villa and mosaics.
