Approach and anchoring

Enter Spa Creek from Annapolis Harbour past the 1SC buoy. Anchoring is prohibited between the 1SC buoy and day marker 3, so work upstream of the marked entrance channel. The Spa Creek drawbridge beside the Annapolis Yacht Club opens on request, every half hour in season. Call the Annapolis harbour master on VHF 16.

Practical

Old Towne Marina lies 0.1 nm east and South Annapolis Yacht Centre 0.1 nm south, both with fuel and services. Downtown Annapolis and City Dock are a short walk or water taxi away, with provisions and chandlery in Eastport.

Ashore

Eastport puts shops, restaurants and the Annapolis Maritime Museum within walking distance. The historic core of Annapolis, with the State House and the United States Naval Academy, sits across the creek by water taxi or a 15 minute walk over the Spa Creek bridge.
