Guide
Approach and anchoring
Reached from Annapolis Harbour via Spa Creek. The berths lie upstream of the Spa Creek drawbridge, which shelters them from the wakes, current and wind of the open harbour. Approach is straightforward in daylight.
Practical
Floating ipe piers take vessels up to 135ft, plus lift slips. Three-phase shore power, fresh water, ship's store, outdoor showers, free laundry, fitness room and parking. Water taxi calls at the marina. Office open daily 0830 to 1700.
Ashore
Downtown Annapolis and City Dock are a short walk over the Spa Creek bridge or a water taxi ride. Eastport's restaurants and chandlery are within a few minutes on foot of the berths.
History
The site was Sarles Boatyard, founded 1907, and later Petrini Shipyard, founded 1946. It is the oldest marine facility in the Annapolis area still in continuous operation.
