Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach by day with good visibility. The south Brittany coast carries scattered rocks and drying heads, use SHOM chart 7146. Anchor on sand between patches of weed and rock in about 4 to 8 metres. It lies calm in westerly and north-westerly winds, though passing tripper boats send wash through offshore. A sandy beach is within dinghy range round the rocks. Exposed from N through E when the wind backs, so shift to a refuge before any NE blow.
Practical
No facilities at the mooring. Nearest small harbour 1.1 nm NW. Port de Trévignon lies 7.6 nm NE with 180 pontoon berths, water, electricity and a careening grid.
