Approach and anchoring
Come in from the west, between the reefs and the coast; the eastern approach is for shallow-draught boats only. Since January 2026 a ZMEL mooring zone has been installed between the islet and the Anse Tabarin pontoon. Its police rules, set by prefectoral order 2026-59, ban anchoring, fishing, diving and personal watercraft inside the zone, and boats may enter only to reach the paying buoys.
Practical
Sand and weed bottom. Navily lists a pontoon and fresh water. Restaurants, bars and food trucks on the Le Gosier waterfront are a short tender ride away. The islet is owned by the Conservatoire du littoral and access to it is regulated.
Ashore
Le Gosier waterfront faces the islet, which local families visit for weekend picnics.
