Approach and anchoring
Hold at the far end of the quay downstream of the lock gates while awaiting a lockage. The quay is signed against staying overnight after 2000, though the lock keeper may allow it on request over VHF 22. Port de Venables lies 5 nm NW and the Muids public quay 5.2 nm NW.
Practical
The lock works VHF 22 and stands open around the clock except on 1 January, Easter Sunday, 1 May, 14 July, 11 November and 25 December. No facilities nearby.
