Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the open sea with no specific hazards marked. Sea bed is mixed sand, rock and posidonia, so drop the anchor on a clear sand patch to avoid damaging the seagrass, which is protected around Corsica. Sand between the rock and weed can be found in about 7 m.
Practical
No facilities ashore. Handy as an overflow when nearby Rondinara is full, and it may lie a little less exposed to the wind. Closest shelter in bad weather is Sant'Amanza 4.9 nm SW or Porto-Vecchio 6.9 nm N. Open to winds from south and east sectors.
