Approach from the Moselle, a Class Vb waterway here, with lock operations managed by VNF. Lock at Metz just downstream. No tidal constraint. Fairway marked by standard French inland buoyage.

120 berths on pontoons, water and electricity. Max draught 2 m allows seagoing yachts transiting the Moselle-Rhine axis. Overflow at Moulin-lès-Metz 0.4 NM west and at the Port de plaisance de Metz 1.8 NM NE.
Ashore
Metz city centre and the Cathedral of Saint-Étienne, with one of the largest Gothic stained-glass surfaces in Europe, reachable within 3 km. Centre Pompidou-Metz open Wednesday to Monday, 2 km from the club. Banks of the Moselle laid out as a riverside promenade.
