North section of the Port of Everett Marina on Possession Sound, Washington. Newest of three dock groups, built in 2007 as part of the Waterfront Place redevelopment.

Approach and anchoring

Same approach as the rest of the Port of Everett Marina, from Possession Sound between Jetty Island and the mainland. Marina office on 425-259-6001 handles berth allocation across South, Central and North Docks.

Practical

Part of a marina totalling 2,300 permanent berths and over 5,000 linear feet of guest dock space. Diesel and petrol at the new fuel berth. Heads, showers, laundry and marine retail on site. Everett Marina Guest Dock 9 lies 0.3 nm south-east for visitor moorage.

Ashore

Waterfront Place is a 65-acre mixed-use development with retail, restaurants and a public esplanade right at the docks. Two hotels are planned within the same masterplan. Downtown Everett is 1.5 km east.
