Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Harbor of Refuge through the breachway, then north along the buoyed channel up the west side of the pond. The turning basin at the head of the pond carries about 5.5 to 6ft, so the final stretch is best run near high water. Dockside depth is around 5ft.
Practical
Around 85 berths on floating docks, with 12 set aside for visitors. Fresh water, 30 and 50 amp shore power, heads with showers, fuel and WiFi. Engine and yard maintenance on site. There is a clubhouse with a rooftop deck and a pool.
Ashore
Wakefield village centre is within walking distance, with shops, restaurants and provisions along Main Street about 1km from the docks.
