Guide

Approach and anchoring

The basin lies on a protected canal about 300 metres up from open water on St Joseph Sound, just south of the Dunedin causeway bridge. Approach through the marked Intracoastal channels and watch the surrounding shoals at low water.

Practical

Wet slips for vessels up to roughly 20 metres plus covered indoor and outdoor rack storage. Water and shore power at each dock pedestal, fuel sold at the dock with haul, launch and line handling by staff. Ship's store with drinks and snacks, restrooms and food on site. Floating docks throughout.
