Approach and anchoring

Reached from Block Island Sound through the Charlestown Breachway, a narrow tidal channel. Ninigret Pond is shallow, so plan the entrance around the tide and keep to the marked channel.

Practical

Over 60 seasonal and transient berths, a fuel berth, fresh water and an outdoor hot-water shower. The yard handles storage, repairs and mooring work, and is one of three commercial marinas on the pond open to the public for launching, where a fee may apply. Two cottages are available to rent.
