Entered from Jamaica Bay through Paerdegat Basin, a channel of about 2 km. The club sits at the foot of Seaview Avenue and Paerdegat Avenue North, within Paerdegat Basin Park.
Practical
A small NYC Parks concession marina with seasonal berthing and year-round storage. Contact the club on 718-251-9823. It is one of several boat clubs lining the basin.
Ashore
Paerdegat Basin Park surrounds the club with restored saltmarsh and walking paths. The basin and Jamaica Bay form part of Gateway National Recreation Area, a noted bird habitat.
