Guide
Approach and anchoring
Open roadstead with no shelter from W through N to NW, offering protection from E, S and SE only. Pick up a buoy on rock bottom, holding is poor and the spot is untenable in any northerly weather. Approach on a rising tide to avoid the foreshore rocks.
Practical
Water available on the beach. No other services. Port of Le Tréport, with marina and all supplies, is 2.2 nautical miles to the NE. Yacht Club du Tréport lies 2.1 nautical miles to the NE.
Ashore
The cliff-top path leads 2 km to Criel-sur-Mer to the SW and rejoins the GR21 coastal route of the Alabaster Coast. The hamlet has a handful of restaurants and a grocery a short walk up from the beach.
