Approach and anchoring
Entrance off Waialua Bay near the Anahulu River mouth and its bridge. Monitor VHF 16. The harbour has three launch ramps, two loading docks and a fish hoist.
Practical
About 64 berths plus 23 Tahiti-tie moorings for vessels up to 50 feet, with dryland storage for 22 boats and washdown facilities. Run by the state Division of Boating and Ocean Recreation, reachable on 808 637 8246.
Ashore
Hale'iwa town centre, with shops and restaurants, sits within walking distance. The harbour is the departure point for deep-sea fishing charters and North Shore boat tours.
