Approach and anchoring
Reached from the Gulf of Mexico through Capri Pass and the Marco River, then the Smokehouse Bay waterways. Four floating concrete pontoons, lettered A to D, take vessels from 25 to 60 ft.

Fresh water, shore power, Wi-Fi and a dockside pump-out at each berth, plus a lounge, showers, restrooms and laundry. Shops and restaurants of the Esplanade arcade line more than 1,100 ft of waterfront beside the marina.
