Approach and anchoring
Reached through Caxambas Pass from the Gulf of Mexico or via the back bays of the Ten Thousand Islands. Two launching lanes and courtesy docks at the four-acre county park.
Practical
Thirty-one paved trailer parking spaces, picnic area and restrooms. A small store sells bait, tackle and snacks. Fuel by credit card daily from 07:30 to 15:00. Harbour master on 239-642-0004.
Ashore
A US Coast Guard Auxiliary building on site runs boating and safety classes. Benches at the point look over Caxambas Pass, where dolphins and manatees pass.
