Lock n°4 d'Alger is the fourth in the downhill flight from the summit level toward the Aisne. Berry-au-Bac and the junction with the Canal latéral à l'Aisne lie 2 NM to the north-west. Halt signposted 300 m from the lock chamber. VNF-operated schedule.
Practical
Ten berths on the approach quay, bollards. Water point at the lock house. No shops on site. Nearest village of Loivre sits 2,3 NM to the south-east.
