Large public marina operated by the Port of Anacortes on Fidalgo Bay, at the edge of downtown Anacortes and the main jumping-off point for the San Juan Islands.

Approach and anchoring
Approach Fidalgo Bay from Guemes Channel, then round the breakwater into the marina basin east of Cap Sante headland. Entrance is well marked and lit. Call VHF 66A for slip assignment or phone the harbour office on 360-293-0694. Customs port of entry for boats arriving from Canada.
Practical
Around 950 berths plus 150 to 200 guest berths taking vessels up to 120 feet. Diesel and petrol at the fuel berth, fresh water, shore power 20, 30 and 50 amp, showers, laundry, pump-out, chandlery and a 50-ton boat hoist on site.
Ashore
Downtown Anacortes shops, restaurants and Commercial Avenue grocery are a 5 minute walk west. Cap Sante Park trail climbs the rocky headland just north of the marina for views over Fidalgo Bay and Mount Baker. Washington State Ferries terminal for the San Juan Islands and Sidney BC is 5 km west along 12th Street.
