Approach and anchoring
Post Creek lies within the back bay behind the Wildwoods barrier island. The bay is shallow, so check the tide before threading the channels with a deeper-draught boat.
Practical
Slips and boat storage, plus a bait and tackle shop with drinks and snacks. Pontoon boats from 10 to 15 passengers are available for hire, no licence required. Open 24 hours.
Ashore
The back bay runs from Post Creek to Sunset Lake, used for fishing and crabbing. Wildwood's beach and boardwalk are a short drive away across the island.
