Approach and anchoring

Enter the Portage River from the western basin of Lake Erie and follow it up to Port Clinton. The dry dock yard sits at the east end of the Brands' Marina property at 315 West Lakeshore Drive, with launch-on-demand from the rack store.

Practical

Brands' Marina has run since 1978. The yard handles indoor rack storage with unlimited launch service, plus general maintenance, seasonal service, refinishing and a marine railway. Two fuel berths on the river sell petrol and diesel. Downtown Port Clinton shops and restaurants are a short walk away.
