Guide
Approach and anchoring
Black Creek leads off the lake into dredged small-craft channels. The entrance is marked by private buoys and a private lighted range on a 297 degree bearing, with around 5 feet reported through the cut. A slow no-wake limit applies in the creek and connecting canals.
Practical
Fresh water is available. The lagoon is well enclosed, with shelter from every quarter on a weed bottom that needs a careful set. Lake St. Clair Marina lies 0.4 miles south and River Bend Marina 0.8 miles north for further berths and services.
