Guide
Approach and anchoring
Approach from the north by day only. Sand holding, depths of 4 to 8 m near the shore. Protected from W, SW and S winds, fully exposed to the N and NE. The tramontane makes the bay untenable in winter.
Practical
No mooring buoys, no services. Macinaggio 2.8 nm south is the nearest full-service harbour.
Ashore
Barcaggio beach and hamlet 1.3 nm west, with a small summer cafe. The Sentier des Douaniers coastal path runs along the shore and links Barcaggio to Tollare in about 1 h on foot.
