Approach and anchoring
On the right bank of the Seine between the locks of Andresy-Denouval downstream and Bougival upstream. Commercial traffic is heavy on this reach, keep to starboard and call the lock keepers on VHF 22. Watch the wash of passing barges when mooring alongside.
Practical
Limited pontoon for diners of the restaurant, not a public marina. Short stay only, no water or electricity advertised for visitors. Nearest full nautical halt is the Relais nautique Saint-Exupery at 0.2 NM north-east.
Ashore
Andresy town centre and the Seine walk at 400 m. Island of Nancy with its walking loop around the confluence of the Seine and the Oise. Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, the traditional capital of French river bargees, with its Musee de la Batellerie, at 2.1 NM downstream.
